Return Policy

Return Period

You must request all returns within 30 days of your original purchase date.

Condition of Returned Items

Items must be returned in new, unused, and undamaged condition, with all original La Cigale tags still attached. Please note that all sales are final on sale, discontinued, or "second" items, and these cannot be returned.

Return Authorization and Process

To ensure a smooth return, please follow these steps:

1. Include a copy of your original invoice with your returned item.
2. Returns for credit or replacement require prior approval and a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
3. To get a RAN, please contact us at 717-964-3313 or email info@lacigale-usa.com. Be sure to provide the reason for your return when you contact us.

Shipping and Handling

• Shipping and freight charges are non-refundable.
• You are responsible for all the shipping costs when returning or exchanging an item.
• Please ensure your contact information is included with your invoice, and your return address is clearly attached to the invoice for refund processing.

Return Inspection and Refund

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it.

• If the item is found to be used or damaged, we will notify you.
• If the returned item is in new condition, La Cigale will issue a check for the purchase price of the item, including sales tax if applicable.
• Please note, a 10% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.

Applicability

These policies apply exclusively to new, current items bearing La Cigale tags.
