All return requests must be made within 90 days of purchase date.
All returns must be new, not used or damaged, with all La Cigale tags in place. Please do not return any sale, discontinued or second items, as these items are Sales Final.
A copy of the original invoice must be included with all returned item.
Items will be accepted for credit or replacement only with prior approval and with an issued return authorization number (RAN). Please call 717-964-3313 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know the reason for the return so we can issue you a RAN.
Please note: No credit will be issued for shipping/freight charges. Shipping a return is the responsibility of the client, please include all contact information with invoice.
When the return is received by La Cigale the returned item will be inspected. If the returned is found to be used or damaged the returning party will be notified.
If the returned item is in new condition, La Cigale will issue a check to the returning party for the amount of the purchase price of the item, including sale tax if applicable. Please make sure your return address is attached to the invoice.
The above policies apply to La Cigale tagged items only.
