A flat rate for shipping & handling, based on your order total, will be estimated at checkout. The minimum shipping charge is $9.00.
We currently ship via UPS and USPS. Other means of shipment may be arranged on an individual basis as requested. Please call 717-964-3313 or email us at info@lacigale-usa.com.
International Shipping: Shipping costs may be higher if you are ordering from outside of the Continental U.S. Please call 717-964-3313 or email us at info@lacigale-usa.com to receive a quote of the shipping costs.
Payments
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, checks and cash. Your account will be charged at the time of shipping.
All special orders, custom builds, umbrella holes, and alterations must be paid for before they are started.
Return Policy
All return requests must be made within 30 days of purchase date.
All returns must be new, not used or damaged, with all La Cigale tags in place. Please do not return any sale, discontinued or second items, as these items are Sales Final.
A copy of the original invoice must be included with all returned item.
Items will be accepted for credit or replacement only with prior approval and with an issued return authorization number (RAN). Please call 717-964-3313 or e-mail info@lacigale-usa.com to let us know the reason for the return so we can issue you a RAN.
Please note: No credit will be issued for shipping/freight charges. Shipping a return is the responsibility of the client, please include all contact information with invoice.
When the return is received by La Cigale the returned item will be inspected. If the returned is found to be used or damaged the returning party will be notified.
If the returned item is in new condition, La Cigale will issue a check to the returning party for the amount of the purchase price of the item, including sale tax if applicable. Please make sure your return address is attached to the invoice.
The above policies apply to La Cigale tagged items only.
Custom Sizes & Alterations
If you don't see a tablecloth in the size you'd prefer, we'll work with you to create a custom cloth to fit your table. That's our specialty!
We only offer alterations for our Acrylic-coated Tablecloth and Cotton Print Tablecloth Collections. We do not alter our Jacquard Tablecloths as their design is woven directly into the cloth from edge to edge.
If you'd like to order a custom tablecloth, we ask that you please email the measurements of your table to info@lacigale-usa.com.
- For a rectangular table, measure the length and width.
- For a circular table, measure the diameter.
- For an oval table, please call us at 717-964-3313 to discuss.
Alteration prices:
The price to alter (shorten) a square or rectangular tablecloth is the base tablecloth price plus $6.00.
The price to alter (cut down in diameter) a round tablecloth is the base tablecloth price plus $20.00.
Add an umbrella hole to your tablecloth: $5.00
Add an umbrella hole with zipper to your tablecloth: $20.00

Fabric Care
Acrylic-coated Cotton Tablecloths: Wipe the cloth with a soft sponge, mild dish-washing soap and water. NO chemicals and NO abrasive sponges or cloths should be used. If you feel you need to launder your cloth, wash in the machine on gentle cycle with mild detergent in cold water - NO bleach or fabric softener (Nancy prefers Original Tide). Then air dry. The cloth may be ironed, under side up, using an iron on a medium setting. We also recommend using a damp cotton pressing cloth when ironing. (Learn more about our acrylic-coating.)
Jacquard Tablecloths: Do not send your Jacquard cloth to a dry-cleaner. Wash in the machine on gentle cycle with mild detergent in cold water - NO bleach or fabric softener (Nancy prefers Original Tide).
- If your Jacquard is treated with Teflon™, it is recommended by DuPont to iron occasionally, as the heat of the iron helps to rejuvenate the Teflon™ treatment.
100% Non-coated Cotton Tablecloths: Follow normal washing procedures for cotton.
Tapestry Weave Jacquard Tablecloths: Wash in the machine on gentle cycle with mild detergent in warm or cold water - NO bleach or fabric softener (Nancy prefers Original Tide). Then air dry.
